Eco Smart City Project – Nepal

A Community-Led Sustainable Agro City for Food Security, Green Development, and Future-Ready Living.

The Eco Smart City Project is a visionary community-led sustainable development initiative of Wyndham Eco Global Village Pvt. Ltd., located in Duku Chhap–Champi, Godawari Municipality, Lalitpur District, Bagmati Province, Nepal.

The project is planned across approximately 1,125 ropanis of land with the active participation, cooperation, and support of more than 700 local landowners and community members. It represents a unique partnership model where local communities, private sector expertise, technology, and international investment opportunities come together to create a sustainable development ecosystem.

Our vision is to establish an integrated Eco Smart Agro City that combines modern agriculture, food security, green infrastructure, renewable energy, smart technology, and sustainable community development to become a model for future rural transformation in Nepal.
